An E911 accuracy compliance testing client-server application intended to help carriers meet the emerging FCC requirement to demonstrate accuracy compliance at a more granular level: e.g. at the county, MSA/RSA, or economic area level. The handset E911 AutoTest client, piggybacked on a fleet vehicle, autonomously generates test calls and collects ground truth, and uploads test logs to a central server. The central server autonomously and periodically receives fix logs from the carrier location server (e.g. PDE); correlates fix logs with test logs for each compliance area of interest; and produces an accuracy compliance report for each area of interest. The user can view compliance analysis reports for selected compliance areas through a web-based interface.
