E911Rover is a data collection and analysis software solution, used to assess Phase II E911 location accuracy compliance within a County or Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) coverage area. Testing for location accuracy compliance is critical for all Counties and PSAPs; it will confirm the accurate identification of the originating emergency call location and origin, which will ultimately result in accurately dispatching emergency help that will easily and accurately locate the distressed caller.

Technical Description

E911Rover is a combination of wireless software, running on commercial carriers handsets that attach to a Bluetooth enabled GPS receiver, and a Server based environment. E911Rover allows for test plan creation, generation of test fixes, ground truth collection, and accuracy compliance analysis.
