A distributed data collection, location accuracy/latency analysis, and functional analysis system for the LBS infrastructure. It allows allows wireless carriers, OEMs, and chip manufacturers to exercise all LBS features of BREW 2.1.2.x (or above) and J2ME wireless handsets. It collects fix data, and also collects ground truth data (for location accuracy). Data collection is performed according to a test plan defined by the test-planner through a web-based application. The test plan is downloaded to the handset. Analysis of the collected data is performed at a server according to an analysis profile defined through a web-based application.
